Toronto, ON – September 23, 2024 – We are pleased to announce that Colin Hill has been appointed as the permanent Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto (CAST), effective immediately.
Colin has served as the Interim CHRO for the past two years, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources, with a strong background in fostering inclusive work environments and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to joining CAST, he worked in a range of organizations focused on health.
In his permanent role, Colin will play a key part in advancing CAST’s mission to support and empower our staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to make a meaningful impact on the children, youth and families we serve. His ongoing work with our Agency’s Union will also continue to be a critical aspect of his leadership.
