Student placement applications are accepted twice a year, with placements commencing in September and January. The number of placement opportunities per term is limited as it is based on the number of field instructors available at our Agency.

We ask that all requests for student placements with CWI be directed to the Practicum Coordinator at your college or university, who will then contact us directly.

Your Practicum Coordinator, who is responsible for coordinating student placements at each college/university, will contact us to indicate which student(s) have been selected to be reviewed/interviewed for consideration in the placement.

All students completing their placements with CAST and CWI must be able to provide a current, original Vulnerable Sector Police check (issued in the last year) prior to the start of their placement.
