Over the past year, we’ve been focused on rolling out our hybrid working model, boosting employee engagement and recognition across the Agency, and introducing new communications strategies that keep staff connected and informed. We’ve also worked to enhance employee benefits and implement new training designed to support staff in advancing their leadership capabilities and opportunities.
