Today, we’re pleased to announce that we have once again been selected as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers for 2022. This title recognizes employers across Canada who have exceptional workplace diversity and inclusiveness programs.
This award reflects the work we have done, and continue to do, inside and outside of our Agency to enhance and evolve our equity practice. This includes introducing a Racialized and Indigenous Mentorship Program and developing partnerships with community organizations and professionals with expertise in supporting equity-deserving groups.
This recognition highlights our continued focus on placing equity at the centre of our work with our colleagues, children, youth and caregivers, and the communities we serve across the city. We’d like to thank our employees for their contributions and commitment as we move this work forward.
