Concerns and complaints afford the Society an opportunity to critically examine our practices, learn more effective ways of practicing and recommend changes. If you would like to file a complaint or learn about how complaints are resolved,  please see the attached: Formal Complaint To a Society's Internal Complaint Review Panel (ICRP).
