The power of the pen

Sometimes all you want is to feel like everyone else. For many teenagers an important part of this is having a trendy item to be proud of. Thanks to a generous donation from Quo Vadis International Ltd. a group of our youth gets to do just that. Quo Vadis International Ltd. donated 1, 200 Stabilo Limited Edition Bionic pens which have been important gifts at several events. (more…)

 

Recently the Therapeutic Access Centre received a most generous donation. Sarah Barrett and Suzanne Clendenning of the Garden Club of Toronto arrived with over fifty gift bags filled with crafts, cookies, and decorations for children and families who use the Centre in the holiday period. (more…)

Established in 1991 by the Parliament of Canada, this day marks the anniversary of the murders in 1989 of 14 young women at l’École Polytechnique de Montréal. They died because they were women. (more…)
